There’s no doubt that cloud computing has become rather mainstream when it comes to the world of IT. But the promise that it brings actually extends far beyond any technological innovation. Most Organizations around the world have grasped the fact that the capabilities of this computing. If utilized correctly and effectively offer more than just IT opportunities. Rather cloud computing has the capability and holds numerous openings for Innovation driven, and cloud enabled business models. These can have a drastic but great impact on the future of every industry out there.

Growing of Cloud computing

The delivery models of cloud computing is such that they offer real time delivery mechanism for computing resources (namely servers, storage, applications),  these resources are highly scalable and are delivered to multiple companies over the internet, companies which pay for whatever service they use. Organizations throughout the globe can easily scale their investments by implementing cloud delivery models as they grow their businesses. This can lead to new opportunities and can no doubt open doors to new approaches for business through new infrastructure, business environment, standardized applications and process which can help improve the efficiency and delivery of services. A survey suggests that approximately three fourth of Business leaders around the world have indicated that their companies had adopted, piloted or virtually implemented cloud computing in their organization. This survey also suggested that companies are not just relying on the cloud computing just to enhance their internal efficiency. But are using it to target more strategic and competitive business capabilities. 67% of companies which have revenues less than $1 billion and 72% of companies whose revenue are in between $1 billion to $20 billion have already adopted cloud computing in their organizations. Due to this, a forecast has shown that its market by 2020 will grow and exceed revenue of US $ 241 billion annually. Keeping in mind these facts, every organization with a right business idea should not be missing the chance to jump the bandwagon of cloud computing.
